What is Galaxy Dry?
The Galaxy Dry is a WolfRayet dry-off oven designed specifically for professional powder coating operations. It uses Gas Catalytic IR technology and is installed between the pretreatment or cleaning stage and the coating application booth. Galaxy Dry quickly and efficiently removes moisture from parts—leaving surfaces fully dry and ready for coating and entry into a Galaxy Cure oven. By ensuring optimal surface condition before powder application, the Galaxy Dry improves adhesion, enhances finish quality, and increases overall line efficiency.

RHT Radiant High Temperature heaters deliver safe, reliable heat via short-wavelength infrared rays from gas combustion (Natural Gas or Propane). Infrared energy is absorbed rapidly and evenly by exposed materials, making them ideal for high-temperature processes such as dry-off and pre-gel. These units can bu used alongside Gas Catalytic IR heaters or by themselves.
Constructed entirely from high-temperature-rated stainless steel, with each burner featuring a precision pre-mix system for a consistently calibrated air-to-gas ratio.
