What is Galaxy cure?

The Galaxy Cure system is a WolfRayet full curing oven engineered for powder coating lines. It uses Gas Catalytic IR technology to deliver a controlled, uniform thermal cure, and ensures powder coatings reach their full chemical and physical performance on both heat-sensitive substrates and metal parts.

The Galaxy Cure completes the coating’s chemical transformation — creating durable bonds, resilient surfaces, and beautiful finishes that meet the highest performance standards.

The Secret of Gas Catalytic IR

The Galaxy Cure system uses infrared, to give a complete and consistent cure. The IR is readily absorbed by powder applied to parts. This removes the requirement for the entire substrate to be up to temperature before powder ‘flow’ occurs and polymeric cross-linking begins. This has big advantages when coating castings and high mass parts.
