The Galaxy series system are totally flexible, designed to suit maximum output requirements. The systems are designated based on the maximum line speed required (in feet/minute) to ensure the required maximum output. For example:

The Galaxy Series systems are designed and sized to match the daily required throughput.
A 1.50 minute dwell time of catalytic pre-heat oven creates a conductive part, conditioned and ready to accept the charged powder coating.
The powder application controls ensure the correct powder thickness on all face and edge surfaces.
Cure time for the powder is 6 minutes, the multi-zoned catalytic cure oven ensures the correct degree of temperature profiling on both the edge and face surfaces of the part.
The cool down, unload and load area(s) are flexible depending on available plant space and product mix.
The innovative track system allows for complete flexibility in the marshalling of parts to be coated, forced cooling areas and removal areas. These areas are separate from the main production track allowing for efficient use of available area with minimal labour requirements.
Each Flight bar holds 3 medium sized doors or 6 drawer fronts. Maximum part that can be powder coated is a full 4’ x 8’ sheet of MDF.
